Suggest Treatment For Wound Mark On Thighs

I have a small wound on my thigh, I think from scratching an it s. It s healing well and isn t particularly red, warm or painful. But today I accidentally scraped off the scap, and now there s one, faint, reddish line running up my thigh, though there s only one and it doesn t reach any lymph nodes or anything. Is that normal, or should I be worried?

Hello,

I suggest you use a topical antibiotic e.g Mupirocin 2% cream, twice daily for a week. I think this should take care of the wound.
