Suggest Treatment For Wound On The Skin

My son was using a potato peeler to peel his apple... Something he knows better then to do and sliced the skin on his knuckle on his thumb. It s not bad and it doesn t need stitches but how do I get it to heal properly when the skin is still hanging there?

Hello,
Nothing to worry it just seems to be a minor abrasion.
Just apply a good antibiotic cream like mupirocin twice a day for 1 week.
I am sure this will take care of the issue.
