Suggest Treatment For Wrist Fracture

I have pins onmy broken wrist it happened 3 wks ago but until now , my fingers and arms are still swelling. I can still feel the numbness in my fingers,there's a feeling of stiffness of the muscle on my arm and the there'sso much pain wherein the pins are situated in my wrist.
