Suggest Treatment For Wrist Pain

My wrist is hurting every time that I move it in a certain direction. It feels like when i move my hand forward, I'm stretching a muscle on the outside of my wrist. But when I try to massage the muscle, I can't because the pain isn't close to the surface. Its deeper down. Its been like this for 3 days.
