Suggest Treatment For Wrist Pain

Hi I broke my wrist in two places 9 weeks ago. I work as a typist and find that if I do the usual day's typing I have very bad pain for a few days. The veins in my wrist seem to sting? Should I be typing so soon, should I stretch my fingers out when typing or have my knuckles held high as I always did.
