Suggest Treatment For Wrist Pain

I am suffring from a nourve i think in left of my weist which pains me if i bent down or i lift weight. ....it started when i was preg. In starting i was unable to walk in morning.. And after delivery it got permanent..... I had a period of accupressure therapy but couldnt get relife.... Can my prob b cured? My child would b of 1 yr next month
