Suggest Treatment For Wrist Swelling And Pain Post A Ganglion Cyst Removal Surgery

I had a ganglion cyst in my right wrist, caused a lot of pain and numbness. I had it removed over a year ago, however the pain is worse than before and my hand swells often, and I cannot do simple tasks without my hand cramping and causing pain. I did have a carpal tunnel test and my nerves are perfect. The specialist mentioned my neck muscles are tight, so that is the reason my hand aches and swells, causing me pain. Does this sound correct? Ive been trying yoga however my hand doesn t allow me to lay it flat at all anymore. Any information will be great!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it was the ganglion cyst and it was removed then the area must not be paining, even with the presence of cyst it may not be painful, if you have some pain then it may be due to something else and it may be arthritis condition of single joint, it is advisable to investigate in that way till then NSAID can be tried like Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
