Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection And Small Tears Inside The Vagina

I have a yeast infectio and have had it for about 2 weeks now. The supossitories arent taking care of it. I've used it once. I've taken 4 Diflucan 150mg and they arent helping. I also have small tears on the inner outside of my vagina due to me scratching. What should I do?
