Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection And Vaginal Miosis

I was just diagnosed with a yeast infection and vaginal miosis ( i think that's what she said). I was given a one time dose of diflucan and am now in my 3rd day of taking flagyl. The itching hasn't went away. Should I just be patient and see what happens after the 7th day or use creams as well? I'm not sexually active.

Hi!! I think you have been diagnosed with yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis. The treatment given to you is appropriate and you should take it for 7 days. You can add an antihistaminic like levocetrizine 5 mg daily if the itching is very severe. This will help in reducing your itching.
