Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection In The Vagina

Hello, I went to the dr. A few weeks ago and he checked me for a yeast, bacteria and trich. He looked under the microscope and told me it was yeast. I am still currently dealing with a crawling sensation at my vagina. I have no intense itching or discharge inside my vagina, but on the outside; it feels like something is crawling. Can you please help with other suggestions it could be. Thanks
