Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fungal infection is treated with anti-fungal medication.
The infections which do not respond to conventional anti-fungals are managed by culture and dug sensitivity test.
What is the site of all the symptoms mentioned by you- discharge, stinging pain, itching, redness and swelling?
A clinical examination and culture of the discharge is required to isolate the fungus causing infection followed by drug sensitivity.
Since, the infection is not responding to anti-fungals, it appears that the infection is due to some resistant strain or it is due to some other infectious agent.

Thanks and take care
