Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to trichomonas vaginalis infection or bacterial vaginosis associated with yeast infection. A local and pelvic examination and swab should be carried out by a gynecologist to rule out the condition. For such cases i advice combination of antibiotics like metronidazole or clindamycin with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets. Using intimate wash regularly will be helpful to prevent getting further infections by normalising vaginal bacterial flora and PH. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
