Suggest Treatment For Yellow Discharge And Itchiness In The Vagina

I have been experincing a fullness in my ovaries, an itchy vagina and the last two days I have had a yellow vaginal discharge. I am fairly certain it is not a yeast infection. Can rough sexual intercourse cause this? I need help I am scared to death something is very wrong.
