Suggest Treatment For Yellowish Discharge And Foul Odour From The Vagina?

I m 24 years old I was on the pill for like 8 months before but I stopped. So it now like 3 months pass since I haven t been taking pills. Ever since I gave birth 02/24/14 I never had any period or spotting. I have been diagnosed with Yeast infection twice in 2 years. I took the meds doctors prescribed me it was just a one pill and it worked my vagina odor and some itching have vanished but now I have vagina odor and it goes really bad after intercourse and I always get like yellowish discharge and smelly. So that my problem now no period, smelly vagina. What seems to be the problem what can I do at home? Do u any good otc? I was also diagnosed polycystic something I guess for being overweight. Like I so much follicles? Idk.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely bacterial vaginosis. OTC treatment like hydrogen peroxide douch or apple cider vinegar wont help that much in this. You need to take antibiotics like metronidazole or clindamycin as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets. This will help to clear this. These are prescription drugs which you can approach GP or Gynecologist for Prescripion. You can use intimate wash or V wash or normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH which will help you to prevent such infections in future.
