Suggest Treatment For Yellowish Vaginal Discharge And Rash On Mons Pubis

I have spots around the top of my legs, not sure if they re from shaving and have become blocked, the other thing is I have a rash on the hairy part of my vagina and I am itchy, there is a discharge also which is yellowy and darker than normal, I am red and sore there now YYYY@YYYY
