Suggest Treatment For Yellowish Vaginal Discharge

hi ive gave birth 10 weeks ago and ever since i stopped bleeding i have had really bad discharge to the point where i need to change my underwear it does not smell thereis just lots of it. some times yellowish sometimes like cloudy jelly. ive had 2 periods since birth and dont get it when i have a period. thanks
