Suggest Treatment Fro Lower Back Pain And Gluten Intolerance

I have the following things wrong with me and I was wondering if there might be an underlining issue that I have. I have been diagnosed with Fibroamiglia PCOS Pelvic Floor Disorder Fatty tissue in my liver My Vit D is always low I take B12 shots monthly My Cholesterol is high the good and bad My Blood pressure seems to by High a lot lately I have the shakes in the morning I have gain 15lb+ or more in the last 4 months-but eat a lot my healthier and drink more water Have a gluten intolerance I have a lot of pain in my lower back mainly on my left side-ONE OF MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT Very Tired all the time I have blood and white blood cells in my urine all the time Do drink 1-2 slurpees daily Not a smoker-never was Work 40+ a week Drive 40-50min to work

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. As of now, you can take drugs like Gabapentin for symptomatic relief.
