Suggest Treatment Fro Pain In Stomach After C-section

Hi! I had a baby 3 months back. I lied downon my stomach yesterday for the first time after my c-sec. Since then I ve been experiencing a pain at one point on the left side of my stomach. The pain is inside and not on the surface of the scar. Also the pain is just near the naval. I m afraid if my stitches have torn apart. Please suggest.

Hu, I have gone through your question. Your skin and internal stitches might have completely healed after 3 months of caesarean section.
Lying down on your stomach after such a long time might have pulled some fascia or ligament, and that may be the cause of the pain you are having.
I would suggest you to consult your doctor for proper examination, ultrasound if required and appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
