Suggest Treatment Options For Depression

I have been diagnosed with depressive disorder. My doctor has prescribed WellButrol and Quietapine. I still feel always tired , and having difficulty sleeping My wife of 31 years died Last October. I feel like I have a dark cloud over my head and, I don t have any interest in anything. Not even the movies. HELP!

in my opinion an antidepressants drug called mirtazapine 7.5 mg once daily in the night would be useful

if possible kindly check thyroid function

routine blood

check blood pressure , check blood sugar , blood lipids
