General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I suggest to have a healthy diet.
Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 11 mm Hg if you have high blood pressure.
I also suggest to avoid salt in the diet.
You should drink liquids as normal.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
