Suggest Treatment Options For Spinal Stenosis
Hi, i have lower back ache, i did MRI scanning and came to know my spinal cord getting pressed slightly at lower back just above hip joint. i feeling more pain and numbness from last one month. As per artho doctor, i tried physio theraphy also but it gives relief only for few hours. Please suggest any other option to treat so that i can get well soon.

Hello,
It may be due to stenosis. For further assessment, you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies after spine surgeon consultation. You may require surgical intervention after surgeon consultation. Till then you can take tablet pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation. Continue physical therapy.
