Critical Care Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
History was little not clear, esp. the last few lines. Despite for a patient having triple vessel disease, and with such excellent effort tolerance, I prescribe my patient to have a Radioisotope scan, to rule out evidences of ischaemia.
Interventional cardiologists and surgeons, would advice FFR, and go for revascularization in most of such cases.
Medication is a must in all form.
Feel free to contact me, if you have further queries.

Regards
