Suggest Treatment/surgery For Curvature In Back Bone

Hi Doctor, I am 32 years old male, height is 178cm and weight is nearly 65kg.I am a regular runner and weekly swimmer. My only problem is that in my childhood I was caught by yellow fever and many times caught by typhoid. Now I feel healthy but those sickness have left their effects on my back bone, ie. my backbone is curve shaped due to which everyone point out me in every meeting. I want to straighten my backbone. can you help me?
