Suggest Treatment That Help Relieve Heavy Wheezing

Sir I m a idiopathic pulmonary fybrosis patient and I ve suffered with heavy wheezing. I m suffering with this for the past two years. Now I m with heavy wheezing with nose chest conjunction are frequently distrubed I m not able to bare. I ve taken kaSA kusuma Syrup for the past one year. Now it can t control the above problems. Kindly alternative for the same.

Hi,

You need to investigate further with spirometry to check severity of bronchoconstriction. Your detailed chest evaluation and Auscultation also need to be done. You can be prescribed oral steroid course for your problem and bronchodilator inhaler or nebulization as per need.
