General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Her general immunity would be boosted by the use of a wide range of fruits and vegetables, using a wide range of these healthy foods would ensure that she is given a lot of different minerals and vitamins. She also needs to use enough water and to be well rested.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
