Hello sir... I m kunal from varanasi I m suffering from vitiligo all my body skin is white now.. sir on sunday I went to visit water park nd after some hours my face , shoulder nd neck started to getting red now in my neck nd shoulders some yellowish water type pimples growing... its feel like I m burnt ... what medicine should I took to get instant relief?

The symptoms seem to be related to shingles.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest using Acyclovir cream for local application at the area of the rash.
