Assalam o Alaikum (hi) to every one ,,,i am Muhammad Bilal Shahid from pakistan, married since 2004 and have no baby yet, my wife get pregnant only twice in last 1 year after very extensive
treatments from a doctor, but both times she miscarries the baby in 3rd month,,, plz help me to get pregnant and also mature that pregnancy thanx & Regards

Hi I go through your question.
Thanks for writing in health care magic.
Your wife missed baby twice in first trimester,
You should rule out following factors/causes
1 Chromosomal abnormalities.
2 Infection TORCH ( toxoplasmosis, rubella, cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex inf )
3 thyroid
4 Diabetes
5 uterine problems, congenital deformities in baby
6 smoking , drinking
So you should evaluate these factors one by one with your gynecologist.
