Suggest Treatment To Bend The Thumb After Fracture Recovery

Hi I was hit by a cricket ball on my thumb & i saw a small fracture on the x-ray taken near the joint towards the shorter bone or tip of the thumb. It happened to me on November 19 & then i had a splint on it for at least 4 weeks. Now I am unable to bent my thumb. What can be done in order for me to restore my thumb reflex & I also have a a bit of pain after a certain position while benting my thumb. Kindly advice... I still play cricket & I need to use my thumb alot at work/play/gym.
