Suggest Treatment To Bring Down Blood Sugar Level

I have sugar, today my PP sugar is 285. Previously,I have taken Tab. Triglimisave 1 since May2010. Now My Family Doctor advise me to take Tab. Glimisave1 since July2012 and Glimlsave2 from Sept.2012. But my sugar level is not normal range. Advise me. Thank you.

hi,
glimisave 1 and 2 do not contain pioglitazone, while triglimisave contains it, hence being more powerful and effective drug.
You may need addition of a prandial drug like voglibose to help control pp values. The best option for you at this time is still insulin. Check this out with your doctor and get a prescription. Strict diet controla nd good exercise is mandatory.
