My doc now advised to take fenofibrate 67 mg. i want to ask which one is more safe Rosuvastatin or fenofibrate?? My age is 50, my TC is 224, cholestrol is 190.

I read your question and I understand your concern.

I would say that in terms of safety there isn't much of a difference between the two drugs, they have similar side effects and tollerability.
Usually statins have a bigger effect on cholesterol levels while fibrates influence more the trigliceride level, so your doctor is aiming at that effect because your triglicerides are above norm while total cholesterol level is contained for now.
If cholesterol is not adequately controlled and increases again after the switch though, I would say it would be more important to address that, as cholesterol has been linked more strongly with negative vascular consequences than triglicerides.

I hope to have been of help.
