Hi welcome to hcm I understand your query and concern. Uncontrolled blood pressure in your case could be due to inadequate drug dosage of your blood pressure medication. You need to increase the dosage of your present medication to((5mg+5mg) or taking an add on drug like Losartan by discussing with your treating doctor.I advise you to get an ECG,2D Echo, lipid profile,hsCRP as a part of routine screening to rule out any underlying heart disease.I advise you to take lipid lowering drugs by consulting your doctor.Exercise regularly for 20-30 min.Fruits and vegetable salads, oats, barley, high fibre and salt restricted protein diet is advisable.Consult your cardiologist for expert management. Post your further queries if any, Thank you.
