Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

This may be a feature of diabetic neuropathy. The symptoms often develop in feet first. They develop in patients with long standing diabetes (atleast 5 years).

You may try to get an NCV test done, the results may help confirm the diagnosis.

he treatment says good sugar control (you already are well controlled- still test an HbA1C). And you can try Pregabalin and methylcobalamin (often prescribed in a combination). This may help you a lot.

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.

I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.
