Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi,
i can understand your concern, my patients come with similar problem. what i suggest them is regular exercise for 45 minutes in a day and diet control i.e avoiding oily foods, reducing carbohydrate rich foods and increase intake of fresh vegetables for 3 months. if the the sugar doesn't come down then i will put them on medicine. so consult your physician for further management

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help

thank you
