Suggest Treatment To Cure Over Possesivenss And Anxiety

I feel that I am possessive, I constantly have to be talking to my boyfriend. When he does not respond I get stomach aches and headaches.I literally feel sick to my stomach and can not stop calling his phone until he answers. I don't know what to do about this but although he is very patient I know this is not normal.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
This is not normal but is normally seen among many people. The sense of insecurity needs to be answered. Cognitive behavioural therapy is a good option. This theraoy involves identification of faulty thoughts and then correcting them accordingly.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
