Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM!!!
I find that your husband’s problem is of serious nature as it may lead to oral cancer.
First and most important thing to quit chewing tobacco is will power.
Secondly there are a number of options like nicotine gums, lozenges, sprays, patches
Bupropion can be helpful
But veranicile is the best option.
I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist before starting any treatment and he will discuss in details about the treatment options.
I hope this helps

God Bless
