Suggest Treatment To Elevate Debilitating Pain In Leg?

I have had debilitating leg pain for 3 weeks. I have had 2 ultra sounds and cortisone shots in between the two. I am taking Tylenol 625 mg 2 times a day but it only lessons the pain a bit, I m am also icing 3 4 times a day. The Dr. says the ultrasound was inconclusive but that a hematoma should be considered possibly in the setting of plantaris injury/rupture and to have another in 4-6 weeks but in the meantime I can barely stand or walk I am employed through a senior care agency that won t let me come back to work until I m cleared by a Dr. The unconfirmed hematoma is 9.3 X1.6 x3.2.there is no increased flow in both he lesion and it is interposed between the sole us and gastrocnemius muscle, along intermuscular fascial plane. What can be done to elevate the pain so I can get back to work. I need to pay my bills.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear
I evaluated your query thoroughly .
@ Size of hematoma is changing in relation with 2 ultrasounds ? is
important along with intensive treatment efforts made or not to resolve
it by the clinician , because all details of treatment are lacking here
@ If thorough efforts are being made by best antibiotics , anti-inflammatory
agents to resolve it on OPD basis then you need hospitalisation for IV
treatment +/- surgical intervention of its drainage if no recovery in all
directions after best conservative treatment .
Hope this will definitely help you .
Thanks for using Health care magic .
Feel free to ask any further health related query in future .
Regards .
I find this answer helpful
