Suggest Treatment To Fix Disc Bulge Problem

Annular disc bulge seen atL4-5, L5-S1 compressing anterior thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots...disc hydration is lost at multiple levels...........what is the best treatment possible to fix it.......This is my daughter who is 20Yrs and an engineering student have this problem. She is 157cm all and weighs abut 57Kg and had varicose vein since childhood.
