Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that your father is having cataract. The treatment for cataract is by surgery.
You need to go for better intraocular lens implantation for better visual outcome.
Phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens is the preferred mode of treatment for cataract.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
