Suggest Treatment To Get Even Skin Color On Upper Thigh

hello I am a 21 year old female and my upper inner thigh is a darker color than the rest of my leg and it is dry and every time I try to put moisturizer it starts to flake even without the moisturizer it flakes I need some advice on how to fix this situation

Hi.
As per your case history of dark skin on thigh.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't try any cosmetics or home remedies for it as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on dark skin.
3. Other treatment options are topical steroid, chemical peeling done by dermatologist.
