Suggest Treatment To Get Fair Complexion And Silky Hair

hello doctor! my name is ****** and i m 26 years old and my skin color has turned down into dark and dry face with dry hairs over my face and as well as my head hairs also got rough and dull ? i m highly worried about this and want my complexion back and natural oiled silky hairs back ? All what soever happened i believe due to the usage of the medicines prescribed by the doctor for my SINUS problem; after using that i felt my color going dark ? please suggest me the way to get it back; either using any sort of measures and food obviously ?? please, thanks !!

Hi,

As per your query you want to have a fair complexion and silky hair. Symptoms could be due to a side effect of medications and could be due to clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day, exfoliate your face once a week. Drink 5-6 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Avoid any steroid based cream. You should apply aloe vera gel. Take biotin supplements for good hair growth. If symptoms keep on persisting visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-abrasion and chemical peeling.
