Suggest Treatment To Get Periods Back After Stopping Breastfeeding

I am 38, weigh 60Kg's and my height is 1.73cm. I breastfed for 4 months and was taking Microval. I only had my period twice in the last 6 months (my baby is 6 months old this week). I have now stopped breastfeeding 2 months ago and still haven't got my period. I want to change to Triphasil - cant I start taking Triphasil without waiting for my period? I don't want to risk staying on Microval if i'm not breastfeeding anymore. I'm not pregnant now and would like to get my cycle back to normal. How do I start Triphasil without waiting for my period? PLEASE HELP
