Hallow Dear,

I do empathize your feelings.

You have to get the following investigations done to assess your capacity to conceive:

1. Evidence of egg release (ovulation): Ultrasonography ovulation monitoring, ovulation monitoring kit, hormonal levels (FSH, LH, Prolactin), study of the uterine lining just before the menstruation. If the eggs are being released, you can plan your intercourse on the day of ovulation as evident from the ultrasonography.
2. Assessing patency of Genital Tract: Hysterosalpingography, Laparoscopy. The later can give information of the anatomy and pathology of Internal Reproductory organs also. If there is any block, you may need some surgical procedure.
3. Semen Examination.

Depending up on the results of the investigations, further investigations and/or management can be planned.

Considering your weight, you could be having Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Please change your dietary style to high protein, moderate carbohydrates and low fat diet. Avoid junk food like byrgers, pizza, vada-pav, bakery products, maida, etc. Your abdomen waist ratio should be brought down. Bring your BMI between 18.5 to 22. In addition, you may be given Clomiphene citrate for induction of ovulation.

The fact that you had conceived once, the chances of success are good. If you have put on weight recently, that could be the problem.

After the reports of these investigations are ready, you may ask me Direct Question and up load the reports for further detail advise.

I hope this gives you preliminary directions.
