Suggest Treatment To Get Pregnant Despite Having PCOS

Hi doc! This is Cecil from Philippines, 30 years old. I have a problem in getting pregnant. I have PCOS. The diagnosis was started when I was only 27. It was started when my monthly period had stopped for 7 months and resumed without taking any medications. I got married when I was 28 then until now of trying a lot of ways to get pregnant but still luck is not yet coming our way. My doctors recommended me to take metformin, supplements and we induced twice already but still not successful. Can you please give me an advice or ways for us to be successful in getting pregnant? first of all, you consult dr then you will done usg abdomen and see how many cyst in ovary , if multiple cyst in ovary then you drilling procedure after consult your dr and not multiple cyst you continue metformin and three month oc pill for regular monthly period and reduce the weight .
