Suggest Treatment To Get Pregnant

I HAD irreregular periods and i want to become pregnant.suggest some ways so that i can get pregnant soon.I had took regestrone 5mg twicetab for three days to had periods last month this month again i dint had my periods the date was 27.what should i do to get my periods regularised.

Thanks for the query.
To get the periods regularized, the cause of the irregularity should be treated.
Consult gynecologist once, get examined, go for investigations like:
-Hemoglobin levels estimation
-Blood sugar levels estimation
-Thyroid profile
-Prolactin levels estimation
-Ultrasound etc.
With this workup the possible cause for the irregularity can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
Then track the period of ovulation in the menstrual cycle and plan intercourse around that period.
