Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Addiction To Rescof Cough Syrup

i am 25 years old male nd i have addiction of cough syrup rescof from last two years.but m fed up nd tired with this addition so i wana try my best to remove this addiction but everytime ven i dont take dat syrup for days i have a pain in all body nd m sleeping evertime nd venever i awake from my sleeping m go to bath for loose motion.so plz help to stop my loose motion nd body pain with lots of sleeping
