Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Body Lice

A guy my husband works with has an infestation of tiny black bugs on his body. It has gotten to the point where when he urinates, they come out. He coughs them up, when he blows his nose it s in the mucus and they are floating on his eye balls. What is this and is it contagious?

Hi, welcome to HCM,

Body lice are cured with the application of Permethrin 5% application.
It should be applied all over the body and washed after 5 hrs.

Moreover the person needs psychiatric consultation.
