Understanding your concern.
There can be many reasons for
dark circles , but in your case it seems to me that dark circles are due to lack of sleep and
tiredness . We can say that in your case dark circles are due to change in life style and can be treated easily . I would suggest you to :-
- Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrate , Drink at least 8-9 glasses of water .
- Avoid Caffeine consumption , which is also one of the contributing factor .
- Take proper rest , At least 6 hour of sleep is necessary .
- Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices on dark circles for about 10 minutes twice a day .
- Apply rose water for 15 minutes and then wash away .
If the condition doesn't improve then
consult dermatologist for proper treatment . There are few treatment options available like :-
- pulsed
light therapy.
- skin resurfacing .
- injectable fillers .
