Hello,,my name is rahul..i m 19 years old..i have more pimple..m also using one cream nd now pimples are clear but pimples darks spoats are there..if u have an any idea..then u r support to me plz..which one is best cream for clear pimples dark spoats..

Hi,

As you said, you suffer from acne vulgaris and post acne spots. You consult dermatologist for perfect treatment. Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial skin disease. Factors like stress,anxiety,sun exposure,travelling,drugs like steroids and pills..may be kept in mind.

You may take antibiotic like azithromycine or minocycline in proper doses for long time. Isotretinoin in low dose might help to improve the condition. Clindamycine gel may be applied on the lesions at night. Cleanse the face with antiseptic like cetaphil lotion.
