Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Porn Viewing Addiction

I want to recover from porn viewing addiction, Male, 29, I have been unable to stop for 8 years now, at the most 2-3 months I could abstain, but then I tend to relapse back into the habit. I m married since past 4 years and so want to recover fast. I have note taken any help so far, could you suggest me what to do and where to go?

It is a very common disorder these days. You should consult a psychiatrist and psychologist for proper management. You can take some antidepressant that would help to control anxiety and thoughts about watching porn stuff. Psychotherapy would help to control these thoughts by thoughts stoppage technique. You can also try relaxation exercise that would keep you calm. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
