Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Severe Pimples On The Face

sir, i have only one problem, i am recently using betnovate C to reduce pimples on my face. very well it was working but after regular use the pimples became less after sometime but didn t vanished and now it again popped up on my face. can you please help to make these pimples vanish from my face. suggest some skin cream that i can use to remove all these pimples

Thanks for the query..

As per your complain Acne Vulgaris or Pimples can occur due to a number of causes like Clogged duct of sebaceous glands,oily skin, hormonal imbalances, bacterial infection, inflammation etc..
I would suggest you not to use betnovate C as it contains steroid and steroid has several side effects on face..
You can wash your face with salicylic acid or glycolic acid containing face wash.
Apply benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin containing gels..
Retinoids which are precursors of vitamin A can also be applied over the pimples for resolution..
Do cold compresses over the pimples for reducing inflammation..
Take multivitamin supplements..

In case if the pimples start resolving and do not recur it is fine but in case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to take oral retinoids and antibiotics like muricoprin..
